Jujube jam is the very antithesis of our tangerine marmalade beacuse it’s made more for meditation and relaxing than to wake you up in the morning. This rare fruit will surprise you with fresh strawberry arome while its flavor is darker, autumnal, with a hint of Mediterranean herbs. Its texture is similar to chestnut cream. No pectin added, jellification occurred naturally. High fruit content of 120 g fruit on 100 g of product. Perfect companion of biscuits with a cup of tea, after dinner with a fresh goat cheese or, why not, with game meat.
